  • Express dispatch: Costs £50 for same-day service (orders must be placed before 11 am).

You can request to include specific certified facts on the certificate:

  • Directors’ names, along with details like date of birth or nationality.
  • Secretaries’ names.
  • Registered office address.
  • Summary statement: This statement indicates that the company has been in continuous, unbroken existence since its incorporation and that no action is currently being taken to strike the company off the register.

Eligible company types include:

  • Private limited companies with at least one director who’s a natural person.
  • Public limited companies with a secretary and at least two directors (one must be a natural person).
